Account Settings, Fonts, and Managing Your Subscription
This page covers the most common “account” tasks on Bright Haven, including how to find your subscription details, update settings, adjust reading preferences like fonts, and manage billing.
Where to Manage Your Bright Haven Account
Your Bright Haven Account is where you manage:
- subscription status
- billing and payment details
- account settings
Account login: https://brighthavenbooks.com/account
Tip: Use the same email address you used at checkout. If you have more than one email, check your subscription confirmation email to confirm which one is tied to your plan.
Check Your Plan Status
To see what plan you are currently on:
- Go to https://brighthavenbooks.com/account
- Sign in
- Review your subscription section for plan type and status
If your access looks limited but you believe you are subscribed, log out and log back in using your subscription email.
Upgrade, Change Plans, or Cancel
You can manage subscription changes from your account page.
Upgrade or change plans
- Sign in to your account
- Select your subscription options
- Choose the new plan (monthly or annual)
Cancel
- Sign in to your account
- Open your subscription settings
- Choose cancel
If you cancel, your access remains active through the end of your current billing period (or trial period, if applicable).

Update Billing or Payment Details
If a payment fails or your card changes:
- Sign in at https://brighthavenbooks.com/account
- Open your subscription/billing settings
- Update payment details and save
Reading Preferences: Fonts and Layout
The Reader includes options to personalize your reading experience, such as:
- font size
- font style
- margins / spacing (depending on device)
Current note: Some reading settings may apply per book rather than globally across your entire library. If you switch to a new book, you may need to adjust the settings again.
If you want help finding font controls on your specific device, message us with:
- your device type (iPhone/Android/tablet)
- the title you are reading
- what you want to change (font size, margins, etc.)
If You’re Having Trouble Logging In
Bright Haven currently uses multiple tools (Account, Community, Reader). To avoid login issues:
- use the same email address everywhere
- use the same password whenever possible
If something looks “off,” log out and back in with your subscription email.

If you need help updating your subscription or settings, use the chatbot and include:
- the email you subscribed with
- what you are trying to change (upgrade, cancel, update payment, font settings)
- the tool you are using (Account, Community, Reader)
