The Bright Haven Community is where readers and authors connect beyond the page. Join conversations, participate in events, and get personalized recommendations from people who love clean romance as much as you do.

Who Can Join?

Bright Haven Community access is included with all plans, including free. Once you are subscribed (even on the free plan), you can join the Community and start participating.

If you are having trouble accessing the Community, make sure you are using the same email address you used when you subscribed.

What You Can Do in the Community

Discover your next read

Get recommendations based on:

• your favorite genres and subgenres
• your preferred romance intensity (Peppers)
• themes you love (or want to avoid)
• similar books you already enjoyed

Join reader conversations

Participate in discussions around:

• new releases
• favorite tropes
• clean romance trends
• author Q&As

Attend events

Bright Haven hosts community events such as:

• book clubs and buddy reads
• author events and live discussions
• themed reading challenges

Many Bright Haven authors participate in Community conversations and events, giving you a chance to hear behind-the-scenes stories and ask questions.

What Are “Spaces”?

Spaces are like organized rooms inside the Community. Each Space focuses on a specific topic or group, such as:

• genres (rom-com, historical, contemporary, etc.)
• book clubs
• announcements
• author conversations
• reader challenges

Spaces make it easy to find the conversations you care about and ignore the ones you do not.

How to Find Recommendations (3 Easy Ways)

1) Ask the community

Post what you love and what you avoid. Include:

• favorite authors or titles
• preferred genre/subgenre
• Peppers preference
• themes to exclude

The more specific you are, the better the recommendations will be.

2) Use “Jane the Book Recommender”

Bright Haven includes a recommendation tool designed to help you find books faster. If you see “Jane the Book Recommender” inside the Community, start there and share your preferences.

3) Follow posts and events

Community announcements often highlight:

• seasonal reads
• curated lists
• featured authors
• book club picks

How to Join an Event

Events are listed inside the Community. When you see one you want:

1. open the event details
2. RSVP or follow the instructions listed
3. add it to your calendar if you want reminders

If you do not see events, make sure you are logged in and exploring the correct Spaces.

If You Have Trouble Accessing the Community

Bright Haven currently uses multiple tools (Account, Community, Reader). If the Community is not letting you in:

• confirm you are using the same email you subscribed with
• log out, then log back in
• try again

• what you are trying to do (join, post, RSVP, find Jane, etc.)
