The Bright Haven Community exists to help readers and authors connect around clean, closed-door romance. We moderate with that mission in mind and take reports seriously.


If something feels off, please report it. You are helping protect the experience for everyone.



How to Report Inappropriate Activity


If you see content or behavior that violates community expectations, you can report it directly inside the Community.


What to report

Examples include:

  • harassment or bullying
  • hateful or discriminatory language
  • spam or scams
  • inappropriate or explicit content
  • repeated disruptive behavior


What happens after you report

Once a report is submitted:

  • our team reviews the report
  • we may remove content, issue warnings, or take account action depending on severity
  • we work to resolve issues as quickly and fairly as possible


Tip: If you can include a screenshot and the name of the Space or post, that helps us respond faster.



Direct Messages Are Disabled


To protect privacy and keep the community experience safe, Bright Haven currently has direct messages turned off.


If you need to reach an author, event host, or community leader:

  • reply in the thread where they are posting
  • tag them in a public comment (if available)
  • use the chatbot to contact our team



How to Contact Bright Haven


The fastest way to get support is through the chatbot on the website.


When you contact us, please include:

  • the email you are using on Bright Haven
  • where the issue happened (Community, Account, or Reader app)
  • the name of the Space, post, or event (if applicable)
  • screenshots if possible

Account Access Issues (Quick Fix)


If you cannot access the Community or your account looks incorrect, it is usually because you are signed in with a different email than the one you subscribed with.


Try this:

  1. Log out of the Community
  2. Log back in using the email you used at checkout
  3. Try again
